Turner Lumpkins & Blackwell, PLC focuses on serving and guiding our clients in achieving their goals and making the most of their opportunities. When our clients face legal challenges, we provide cost-effective, solution-oriented legal services in pursuit of a practical resolution. In representing our clients regardless of their legal circumstance, we are committed to serving our clients ethically and providing excellent legal services.
Historically, the firm’s attorneys have focused on providing clients with high quality estate planning and administration services in a timely, professional manner. The firm is dedicated to the efficient delivery of legal services. We use the latest technologies that unencumbers us from the traditional overhead of larger law firms. We offer select estate planning services on a flat-fee basis, thus encouraging clients to participate fully in the process without the ticking of a billable clock. Where a flat-fee or an alternative billing structure is not feasible, we serve our clients at reasonable hourly rates, and we work closely with our clients to achieve cost effective solutions and resolutions.
Our clients are individuals and small businesses who value the small firm touch and quality service that we can bring to the relationship because of our firm size and collective experience.
