John Lumpkins is the firm’s principal. He has been a Virginia lawyer since 1988 and has operated John L. Lumpkins Jr., PLLC since 2010.
Kendra Lumpkins has been with the firm since 2015. She is a legal assistant and wears several hats, including working closely with our clients on estate administration and real estate matters.
For individuals we focus our services on probate, estate and trust administration, fiduciary-related matters, wills and trusts, estate and general tax planning, asset protection; real estate sales transactions, and other real estate matters including partition suits, the sale of property of an incapacitated owner, boundary line disputes, easements, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure; and other financial distress planning and workouts.
Beginning in early 2018, we started offering residential real estate settlement (purchase) services through RVA Real Estate Settlements, LLC.
I am also qualified to serve as a guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults.
